Shipping
& payment
All our goods are double packed in two boxes (box with sneakers inside a cardboard box) to prevent damage during transport. The goods are shipped in the shortest possible time. You will receive all information via email, in which you can also find the tracking number of your shipment. Related fees are always listed in the "Shipping and Payment" section before order confirmation.
Payment options
You can choose between Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (Only for express delivery) or Payment by card. Payment by card (VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) is our customers' most prefered way, mainly for its speed and security. Cash on delivery is possible for all products available for express delivery. You can check this option with the individual shoe sizes and subsequently during the first step of the order process.
Delivery options
We offer 2 delivery options: 1) Express delivery - products are shipped within 24 hours. 2) Standard delivery - products are located in our external warehouses and their delivery time is from 3 to 10 working days.
Zásilkovna pick-up point
Tired of waiting for the courier? Pick up your shipment at one of the thousands of pick-up points. Choose the one that will suit you the best and pick up the shipment when you have the time.
Home delivery
The shipment will be delivered directly to the specified address, either at home or at your workplace. The service is provided by PPL and Zásilkovna. You will be informed about the date and time of delivery by email and SMS.
Personal pick-up in Olomouc
By prior arrangement, there is the possibility of personal collection in Olomouc at our warehouse.
Shipping and payment for Slovakia
Goods in Slovakia are delivered by the shipping company Zásilkovna to the pick-up point or to your address. Payment is possible in Euros by card, cash on delivery and bank transfer.
Additional express shipping
Certain goods in our offer may be eligible for additional express shipping, which may significantly reduce the delivery waiting time. You can check the availability of the additional express shipping in the shopping cart. Additional express shipping can be arranged via our Chatbot or e-mail. Additional express shipping can also be arranged after the order confirmation.
