If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via the inquiry form. These are: Name, email, telephone and residential address.

Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase

If you make a purchase from us, we will process the data you provide to us. These are mainly billing data: name, surname, address, email and telephone.

We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others).

Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and you did not prohibit us from doing so when purchasing, we will use your email address to send you our newsletters.

Who will have access to the data?

Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or other persons work for us and have access to the data because they help us with the operation of our e-shop. They are:

• the operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (the company Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, Company ID 289 35 675, the company is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 25 395)
• companies involved in the dispatch of goods (Zásilkovna)
• companies involved in the dispatch of payments (Comgate)
• e-mailing service provider (Shoptet).

We process personal data only within the European Union.

Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we are processing about you, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the personal data being processed, to request that we delete personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to its portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office, or to take your claims to court.

Method of verifying the store rating

The evaluation of products and the e-shop at www.sneakerstore.cz is carried out directly by customers who have purchased goods from us. This review is fully verified based on their actual orders. After completing the purchase, the system automatically sends a form with the evaluation of the purchased product to the email provided when ordering.

The review given by the customer is not edited or changed by the operator. The e-shop operator (seller) has the option to respond to the review with a text response.

The customer can rate the store using a star system from one star (dissatisfaction with the store) to five stars (great satisfaction with the store). The customer can also add a text comment to the review.
