Items purchased by December 24, 2024, can be exchanged or returned until January 5, 2025. This option must be activated at the time of purchase by adding the extra service to your cart.
Terms of the Promotion:
The service is non-refundable and non-transferable.
It applies only to items in the specific order and cannot be added after the order is placed.
Orders without this service are subject to the standard 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
What You Receive if You Use the Service:
Upon returning the item by January 5, 2025, you will receive a gift voucher equal to the price of the originally purchased item.
The voucher is valid for purchases on our e-shop (it covers only the price of the item, shipping costs and the service fee are not included).
Voucher Terms:
The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
It cannot be split into partial amounts or exchanged for cash.
